A brewpub in an old firehouse in downtown Rapid City. The food is decidedly mediocre, and it allows smoking -- ugh!
Review
Very rooty with cinnamon aftertones. Complex taste. A somewhat harsh wintergreen lead but pleasing and mellower follow-through. Delightfully smooth, carbonation is a nice accent, not in the foreground. A very soft and mellow brew. Not sweet enough for my taste, but pleasant nonetheless.
