Review
Herby nose. Sweet, honey-ish lead, smooth with carbonation highlights -- slight ending fizz to some sips. Honey lingers into a wintergreen aftertaste, a process that is very pleasant. Thick brew, very satisfying. It is complex, but pulling the root out from the round honey-fruity thing is tough. Quite a nice local brew.
