Review
No head to speak of. Very herby -- "I like that," says Nancy -- with tiny bubble burn cutting into the carbonation and smoothness scores. Wintergreen highlights in sweet wind-down to slightly oversweet aftertaste, with a bubble-gummy finish. "Complex, rich and spicy," opines Nancy. This has matured and sweetened since the aggressively herby brew I first tried here in 2003, but they are still working out the sweetness thing.

Available: As far as I know, only at these spots, though the Il Vicino homepage lists several other Il Vicino locations, including 2 in Santa Fe, ones in Denver and Littleton, Colorado; and others in Wichita, Kansas and Clayton, Missouri.
