Stewart's Drive-In
Root Beer

Route 1 (Business), Trenton, New Jersey • 882-4427
There are several Stewart's Drive-Ins still left around the country. I managed to find the one just north of Trenton. Interestingly, I found this root beer less satisfying than Stewart's in bottles; it is clearly a different recipe, the bottled version is much sweeter.
Review
Sweet nose. Icy mug a plus. Tiny bubble carbonation was pleasant, but not smooth. More rooty than many draft root beers (which tend to be on the sweet and creamy side), less sweet. Complex taste, dims to a slightly drying aftertaste. Not real aftertaste flavor, just dryness.
