This micro-brewed root beer is not available in bottles except in "The Growler," a four pint bottle made for taking Sleeping Lady’s microbrews "to go." The screw-on cap will not hold the root beer’s carbonation for long, though.

Review: A medicinal nose. Pleasantly low carbonation. Light, smooth beer but a dramatic, spicy medicinal bite with licoricy finish, a little too medicinal (which is unusual for me to say!). Strong, somewhat sacchariny after-taste is the weak point, as it lingers unpleasantly.  A better bet in Anchorage is the Glacier Brewhouse just blocks away.
