Review
Herby nose. Highly carbonated lead is discouraging, but mellows into a complex, sweet mid-range. Carbonation does a slight bubble burn. Winter-green aftertaste drops into slight unpleasantness. Full-bodied, nicely sweet in the lead but that dissipates quickly into rootiness -- would like it to linger a little longer. Nancy and I liked this root beer. She notes, "I taste vanilla, cinnamon and rootines -- it has a spicy finish but is flavorful all the way through. A little over-carbonated for me," which is saying a lot as Nancy likes it much bubblier than I do.
