From the bottle: "Bringing back the taste of the Old West. Enjoy Original Columbia Soda Works Sarsaparilla. The flavor will take you back to the days of yesteryear when miners and settlers alike enjoyed the rich tastes of these early refreshments. A taste as rich as the Mother Lode. Made in the historic gold mining town of Columbia by Columbia Soda Works."
Review
A rooty nose. Very very smooth, with small bubbles -- not all that much carbonation, but a nice fizz in your mouth. Very pleasing to the tongue. Subtle, sweet hints, with a vague vague wintergreen aftertaste. Not much rootiness here, a delicious but not inspired brew.
