Blue Corn Cafe is a popular restaurant and microbrewery with locations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. The root beer is on tap, and comes in special, ice-cold, frosty tall glasses (see photo).
Review
A cinnamony, sweet brew. A round, full beer, that ultimately is not that complex, and doesn't have much rootiness beyond the initial cinnamon taste. Slightly odd artificial aftertaste, which began as vanilla-y and lingered into buttery.
