This is my first root beer from overseas, although it is bottled for U.S. consumption (with the CA and other state can refund value printed right on the top of the can).
Review:
Very rooty nose. Musty initial hit with a hint of mold, moving through bright rootiness into a metallic aftertaste with herby hints. I think I may have let this one sit on the shelf too long! Bold carbonation, interesting tastes going on, but I cant get beyond that musty lead and metallic finish, which ultimately drops off into a medicinal tone. Hmm.

Ingredients: carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar, caramel color, sodium benzoate (as preservative), flavors and citric acid. 11.2 ounce can (330 ml), 150 calories, 10 mg sodium, 37 g carbohydrates, 37 g from sugars.
