Review:
Served with ice and a straw in a plastic glass, so I wasn't expecting much. Birchy-cherry nose, and a very watered down taste and feel -- all that ice? Not much here to work with. Birch with hints of other herbs, it got stronger as I got toward the bottom of the glass. Very watery. The aftertaste was excellent, very birchy but not in an overpowering way, with subtle herbs coming up -- a nice after-glow, when you breathe out you breathe an herby taste.
