Mammoth Orange, Highway 99, Fresno County, California

There used to be many of these oranges dotting California's Central Valley, but many have disappeared.  This fine piece of mimetic architecture is protected by the shed; the flimsily built plywood oranges not so protected fell victim to the weather.
