Speak Out, Make Your Voice Heard, Bring the Troops Home

At this unprecedented moment in world history, it is singularly important that we as patriotic Americans speak out against the war against Iraq.  George Bush has unilaterally taken "preventive" action against a sovereign nation, without United Nation's blessing, against the expressed positions of major world powers such as France, Germany, Russia and China, as well as world public opinion.  This reckless action not only is resulting in unnecessary deaths of Iraqis, U.S. forces and others, but also increases the likelihood of terrorist attacks on the U.S. by those seeking retribution.  It also destabilizes key institutions of international governance such as the United Nations, and provides other rogue states with a rationale for unilaterally attacking other sovereign nations.
