Another political statement, playing off the central irony of the election -- that those states that are the primary targets of terrorism because they house large cities, and those cities that have been its victims of terrorism, overwhelming voted for John Kerry -- and also off Osama bin Laden's pre-election promise to attack states that voted for Bush. This is basically Map 1 with commentary.
